West Herts Hospital Trust had a trusted charity brand produced by Creative Interpartners several years previously, RAISE and they just required a brand refresh. Reviewing the recent brand applications and having carried out some in-depth stakeholder research it became obvious that the Hospital Group made up of three major health centres in West Herts had moved forward from 2015. They needed a complete review to match their recent strategic repositioning of their health delivery that matched their more cohesive working format and exemplary teams. The new Heart brand comprised of the three parts (Watford/St Albans/Hemel Hempstead) has brought each segment into one brand delivery.
